Top Benefits of Precision Hydration
Real electrolytes. Citrate absorption forms. Zero sugar. Zero erythritol. 100 serves per tub.
Absorbed, Not Wasted
More mineral reaches your cells, less passes through. Citrate forms absorb faster than oxide alternatives - better nerve firing, less cramping, no gut disruption.
Hydrate Without the BS
Sugar spikes your blood glucose then crashes you. Zero sugar, zero erythritol - clean hydration that supports your session from start to finish, without the slump.
Replenish Every Day
You lose electrolytes daily, not just in training. One tub covers 100 days of replenishment - the minerals your body needs to fire, contract, and recover.
Precision Hydration VS Sports Drinks
How Precision Hydration Works
Most sports drinks dump sugar on you and call it hydration. Precision Hydration uses citrate-form minerals and NZ sea salt to deliver what your cells actually need - without the sweetener aftertaste or blood sugar spike.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Precision Hydration?
Precision Hydration is a 300g electrolyte powder formulated for daily hydration support. Each 3g serve contains sodium (from NZ Sea Salt), magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, and additional supporting minerals. Zero sugar. Zero erythritol. 100 serves per tub.
What's actually in it?
Key electrolytes delivered via citrate absorption forms: sodium from NZ Sea Salt, magnesium citrate, potassium citrate. No sugar, no erythritol, no artificial colours or sweeteners. Available in Lemon Lime, Pineapple, and Strawberry. Every batch is independently tested - certificate of analysis available on request.
Why NZ Sea Salt instead of regular sodium chloride?
NZ Sea Salt is a naturally occurring mineral source with a broader trace element profile than highly processed synthetic sodium chloride. It delivers sodium in a form closer to what's found in natural food sources, alongside naturally occurring trace minerals stripped out of most refined salt products.
Is Precision Hydration suitable for vegans?
Yes. All ingredients are plant-derived or mineral in origin. No animal-sourced ingredients. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Why does the form of electrolyte matter?
Bioavailability - how much actually gets absorbed - varies significantly by mineral form. Oxide forms (cheap, common in most sports drinks) have poor absorption rates and can cause GI upset at higher doses. Citrate-bonded minerals dissolve readily in water, are absorbed at meaningfully higher rates, and are gentle on the digestive system. You pay for what gets to your cells, not what passes through.
Why no sugar or erythritol?
Sugar adds unnecessary calories and causes a blood glucose spike that often ends in an energy drop - the opposite of what you want during or after training. Erythritol is a common sugar alcohol used in "zero sugar" products, but many people experience digestive discomfort (bloating, GI upset) at higher doses. We've removed both so you get clean hydration without the trade-offs.
How quickly does it work?
Electrolytes are absorbed within minutes of consumption when taken with adequate water. For training use, mix and drink 15-30 minutes before your session to ensure plasma electrolyte levels are topped up heading into exercise. Daily use is where the real benefit compounds - maintaining baseline electrolyte status rather than constantly playing catch-up.
What's the recommended dose?
One serve (3g) per day mixed into 350-500ml of water. On heavy training days or in hot conditions where you're sweating more, a second serve is fine. Each 300g tub gives you 100 serves - approximately 3 months of daily use at one serve per day.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Yes - electrolytes stack well with everything. Add it to your pre-workout water, mix it with creatine, or drink it alongside protein. No interactions, no timing concerns. It's just minerals dissolved in water.
Should I use it every day or just on training days?
Every day. Electrolyte loss is continuous, not just a training-day problem - you lose minerals through sweat, urine, and basic metabolic function. Daily use maintains baseline electrolyte status so you're not starting each session already in deficit. Training days you may want a second serve if the session is intense or long.
