At Athletech, we apply the same rigorous standards to our logistics as we do to our formulations. We are committed to getting your performance fuel to you efficiently and reliably. All orders are dispatched directly from our facility in Westgate, Auckland.

Dispatch Protocol

We operate with a goal of rapid turnover. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. During high-volume periods or major sales events, processing may extend to 3–5 business days.

Priority Window: Orders placed before 2:00 PM NZST are prioritised in the queue. While we strive for speed, we prioritise accuracy and safety over guaranteed same-day dispatch.

Operational Hours

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday. We observe all weekends and public holidays as rest days. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available business day.

New Zealand Delivery Standards

  • North Island: 1 business day target
  • South Island: 2–3 business days target
  • Rural Sectors: Allow 1–3 additional business days
  • Free Shipping Benchmark: Orders over $100 NZD
  • Logistics Partner: NZ Couriers

Australia Delivery Standards

  • Metro Areas: 1–3 business days
  • Remote Locations: 4–6 business days
  • Free Shipping : Orders over $150 AUD (Authority to Leave)
  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 AUD (Signature option available for +$5)
  • Express Shipping: From $15.00 AUD via FedEx

Radical Transparency: Tracking

We back our claims with open data. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier system to update.
Carriers: NZ Couriers (Domestic), FedEx (International).

Address Correction Protocol

Accuracy is critical. If you detect an error in your delivery address, contact our support team immediately at sales@getathletech.com. If the order status is pre-dispatch, we will attempt to rectify it. Changes cannot be executed once the parcel is in the carrier network.

Inventory & Bulk Orders

In the event of a stock-out, you will be notified within 24 hours with a restock timeline or refund option. For high-volume bulk orders, please contact us in advance to ensure optimal processing times.
