Top Benefits of ISO27
27g of protein per 34g scoop. Isolate + hydrolysate. Under 1g fat. Made in New Zealand, with every macro and amino printed on the label.
Build And Keep Muscle
Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass - and every 34g scoop delivers 27g of it with the full EAA set behind it. The daily dose that does the building.
Goes Down Easy
No heavy, chalky shake to force down after training. The isolate is filtered light and the hydrolysate arrives pre-cut, so it mixes in ten seconds and drinks clean - easy to keep up every day.
Protein Without The Calories
Hit your daily protein number without paying for it in calories - around 126-129 a shake, with 1.2-1.8g carbs, under 1g fat and 0-0.2g sugars. The muscle fuel goes up, your macros stay yours.
Whey Isolate VS Whey Concentrate
How ISO27 Works

Frequently Asked Questions
What is ISO 27?
ISO 27 is a premium whey protein isolate with added hydrolysate, delivering 27g of protein per 34g scoop (27.1-28.7g depending on flavour) with under 1g of fat. It is manufactured in New Zealand in four flavours, and the full macro and amino breakdown is printed on every label.
What's actually in it?
A short deck: whey protein isolate, hydrolysed whey protein, an emulsifier (soy or sunflower lecithin), natural flavour and sucralose. Milk Chocolate adds cocoa powder, and every flavour except Banana carries a touch of New Zealand sea salt. No added sugar in the recipe. Contains Milk and Soy. The full ingredients for each flavour are on the Supplement Facts tab.
What's the difference between whey isolate and hydrolysate?
Isolate is whey filtered down to mostly protein, with most of the carbohydrate and fat removed. Hydrolysate is whey broken into shorter chains during manufacture. ISO 27 uses both: an isolate base plus hydrolysate, for a light, easy-mixing shake that lands at roughly 80-84g of protein per 100g.
Does ISO 27 contain lactose or allergens?
ISO 27 is a whey isolate, so it is naturally low in carbohydrate: 1.2-1.8g total carbs and 0-0.2g sugars per serve, depending on flavour. It contains Milk (whey) and Soy (lecithin) and is made on shared equipment, so it is not suitable for anyone with a milk or soy allergy. If you are severely lactose intolerant, check with your doctor first.
Why choose an isolate over a regular whey concentrate?
An isolate is filtered down to mostly protein, so more of every scoop is the thing you are paying for. That is how ISO 27 reaches roughly 80-84g of protein per 100g with under 1g of fat and 0-0.2g sugars per serve, where a concentrate leaves more of the original carbs and fat in. If you want the protein without the extra calories, that is the job an isolate does.
What does "hydrolysed" actually mean?
Hydrolysis breaks the whey into shorter chains during manufacture: whey, pre-cut. Combined with the isolate base, it makes a shake that mixes in about ten seconds and goes down easy after training or between meals. Each serve carries roughly 3.2-3.5g of leucine as part of the full amino profile printed on the label.
How much protein and how many aminos are in a serve?
27g of protein per 34g scoop, from 27.1g in Milk Chocolate up to 28.7g in Banana, which works out to roughly 80-84g per 100g. Each serve also carries around 13.5-14.3g of EAAs, 6.7-7.0g of BCAAs and 3.2-3.5g of leucine. Every flavour's exact figures are on the Supplement Facts tab.
Is ISO 27 tested, and where can I see the results?
Yes, and the reports are published, not promised. ISO 27 is independently tested by Eurofins Food Analytics NZ, which screened it for heavy metals (within safe limits) and micro-organisms (no pathogens detected) across multiple flavours and batches. It has also been HASTA-tested using method MS123 across six batches covering all four flavours, with no prohibited substances detected. You can open every lab PDF on our testing page.
How many serves are in a tub, and how do I use it?
About 27 serves in the 907g (2lb) tub, at one 34g scoop per serve. Mix one scoop in 200-300ml of cold water or milk, shake for about ten seconds, and take it whenever suits: after training, between meals, or as a daily protein top-up. Two scoops is fine if you want more daily protein.
How do the four flavours differ?
Four to choose from: Milk Chocolate, Vanilla, Banana and Salted Caramel. The macros are close across all four, from 27.1g to 28.7g protein and 0-0.2g sugars per serve. Each uses natural flavours and sucralose with no added sugar. Milk Chocolate, Vanilla and Salted Caramel carry a little New Zealand sea salt; Banana is made without it.
Can I stack ISO 27 with creatine or other supplements?
Yes. ISO 27 is a protein source, so it sits alongside anything in your routine without conflict. Athletes in a training block often run it with Athletech Pürest Creatine for the training side and an electrolyte for longer sessions. ISO 27 covers the protein; the rest is up to your goal.
